I can help you secure it and complete the deal.

This will include:
Contacting the owner or selling agent to check that the property is still on the market

Visiting the property myself and emailing you back photos and a report within hours

Visiting the property with you and translating as required

Ensuring that all the obvious and essential questions are asked and answered satisfactorily
- your "Due diligence"

Ensuring that the price is the lowest acceptable to the seller

Obtaining at least two quotes for any repairs or renovations

Ensuring utilities are connected in your name
