I never hand you off to local agents who have an interest in selling you what suits them.

You can modify your requirements at any time.

My approach is to work with you to define your requirement from outside in. That means to start with the region of France that interests you or suits you best and then zoom in step by step to a smaller area or town or number of villages.

This is because French estate agents work very locally, sometimes only covering a number of streets in a large town.

Also not all properties are sold through estate agents, some get no further than the local notaire.

The accuracy of the search depends on the quality and depth of information that you give me. It can be just as useful to know what you do not want as what you do.

A property search costs GBP 2,000 or 1.5% of the purchase price, whichever is more.
My expenses are billed at cost on top after agreement with you.
