How to get the best result

First and foremost - what you must know.

Moving to France or buying a holiday home there is a life changing decision.
Disaster looms if all members of the family are not 100% committed to the move.
Not knowing why you are going, what you want to do there and where you want to be are also show stoppers.
Money too is important. What are you going to live on?

If you have positive answers to all these questions then you are well placed to start.
If not, then take some holiday, go to France and find where you want to be.

If you are moving to France to live, my advice is Rent before you buy.
In order to rent, you will have to be able to demonstrate formally where the money will
come from to pay the rent; payslips, tax bill, copy of employment contract etc.

Above all you must have decided to commit to the time necessary to find the right home.
I make things go quicker but ultimately you will need to make the final decision.
If you do not have the time available to choose your new home then you are not ready.

I can start to add value when you have answers to all these points.
Asking me to work before you are ready is a waste of your money.
Ideally you will know where you want to live, town, village or commune.
Asking for a house search in Brittany or "The South of France" is a waste of time and money.
You will also know what type of house you want; size and location etc.
Then we can get going!

I only do business with clients that I have met face to face - the web site is a shop window.
When I meet you I will be looking for answers to these points so that I know you are committed.
If you are committed, the chances of success and "The Best result" are much higher.
